| Welsum Technology Donates to Support Reconstruction in Hualien Earthquake Disaster Area |

On the morning of April 3rd, a powerful earthquake with a magnitude of 7.2 occurred off the coast of Hualien, making it the largest earthquake since the 921 earthquake. The disaster caused widespread damage across Taiwan, with Hualien being the hardest hit. Numerous buildings collapsed or were severely damaged, resulting in casualties and disrupted transportation.

| Welsum Technology immediately ensured the safety of its employees and demonstrated its commitment to social responsibility by donating NT$200,000 to the "World Vision Taiwan - Hualien Earthquake Relief Project" and the "Taiwan Relief Foundation - 0403 Hualien Earthquake Fundraising Project." These donations are intended to support emergency relief efforts and assist with disaster recovery and reconstruction in the affected areas. |
